When should I take the BLOAT-FREE LYF supplements?
Just take 1-2 capsules after your meal, or when you feel bloated.
You can also take 2 capsules a day for long lasting digestive improvement and gut-healing.
Recommended dose per day is 3-4 capsules.
Do not exceed 6 capsules per day
How long do the effects last?
The effects can last throughout the day, usually until your next big meal which may contain some foods that can trigger your digestive issues.
If taken daily for 2-3 months, you should experience less to no bloating and digestive issues.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?
If you are waiting longer than expected for your order and we haven't been in touch to let you know about any delays, then we are very sorry! Please email us your order number and order date to team@heylyf.com and we will look into what is going on right away for you.
